Early Boar
Support our Lodge through Early Boar AND Save
Purpose: To encourage Esselen Lodge members to pre-pay for the upcoming year's lodge activities
for the following year - Jan. 1st through Dec. 31.
By purchasing the Early Boar Membership the Arrowman
gets a discount on the years activities and a SPECIAL THANK YOU GIFT from the lodge. This is given out one
per person and any remaining gifts will be rafled off to those who have paid to be an early boar at the end of year in
which it is good in. The lodge gets needed funds ahead of time and saves on administrative costs and time needed to
track the payment records of all Arrowmen at each event.
By purchasing an Early Boar Membership, all covered events
below will be paid for by the lodge and the Arrowman does not have to worry about paying for each event throughout the year.
An Arrowman will never have to be concerned about paying extra late fees. An Early Boar Membership would be a non-refundable
pre-paid annual lodge promotion that helps promote lodge participation. Current Arrowman yearly costs: | Event | On time | Late | | Dues

An Arrowmen's cost to participate in the Early Boar program
each year would be $100.00, which is to be paid before December 1st.
The
Early Boar gift would only be available to the FIRST 50 Arrowmen who pre-pay their fees before December 1st each year.
Any and all Arrowmen may pre-pay but only the 1st 50 Arrowmen would receive the Special Lodge gift. This Early Boar program is
also be open to individuals outside Esselen lodge who might want to support the lodge and attend lodge events. This could
act as an additional fundraiser and would result in the lodge increasing revenue should anyone not show up at an event.
Any interested parties would be subject to all restrictions and benefits.
Note: If fewer than 50 Arrowmen enroll
in this great lodge program, then after December 2nd any remaining Early Boar gifts will be given away in a random drawing
to those who enrolled by December 1st. If fewer than 25 Arrowmen enroll, all participants will receive 2 gifts. 100.00, which is to be paid before December 1st.
