Our council’s official Scout camp is Camp Pico Blanco in Big Sur.

Pico Blanco has much to offer including:

• A full merit badge program
• Aquatics
• Handicraft
• Scoutcraft
• Nature Center
• Skills Patrol
• A COPE course (ropes course) and climbing wall
• Rifle, Archery, and Shotgun Shooting
• A brand new dining hall
• 12 troop campsites
• A trailhead for backcountry hikes
• An excellent staff
• Out of camp opportunities including surfing, kayaking, and snorkeling

Camp Pico Blanco hosts weeklong resident camps during the summer, as well as special events including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Mountain Man Rendezvous campouts. Boy Scout Troops and Venturing units can also reserve Camp Pico Blanco for use year round.
